Let your dentist know what is going on. You may have an infection starting- he may need to take an xray to double check everything. If your dentist worked around the gum area he may have irritated it and that is what is causing the problem. Better to catch any problems now than wait and have it be more serious.

Contact the dentist. You may have an infection and need antibiotics. Good luck with it.
You could have an infection. Did the dentist give you any antibiotics or pain killers?

Take some aleve and call your dentist in the morning. Something else maybe going on there.
Call your dentist emergency exchange. He may have damage a nerve when drilling it out. Take some over the counter pain med for now to relieve.
Try taking Tylenol Extra Strength.
get an anti inflammatory pain killer like Ibuprofen,
it reduces pain, promotes healing, reduces swelling or inflammation that contributes to the pain..
if ur stomach is sensitive, take it with an antiacid with food,
if it does not work see ur dentist
I am concerned that you had a fractured tooth filled. If a small piece just fractured off, then OK. But if the tooth was fractured very deep, you would probably need a root canal. Definitely call the dentist right now.
