While brushing people may accidentally stick the toothbrush to far down their throat then if they hit their Ugula which is located next to your tonsils the body will think that something is going down that shouldn't and in its own defense it will make you throw up to get the foreign body (toothbrush) out of your mouth.
well if they are brushing their tongue, they will have a gag reaction that will eventually cause them to throw-up.
they may be gagging or something, or sick
the gag reflex in the back of your tongue
