how to establish a medical college! what are the requirments for the same?

I know one individual who was sent to my dental school by her government to become a dentist. When she graduated, she was supposed to go back home and just start a dental school from the ground up. What an awesome responsibility for a recent graduate! But, I suppose you could somehow obtain the curriculum from an existing medical school and copy it. This is assuming that you are not in the USA, because it can't possibly be that simple over here. If you are starting a school where there ARE no schools, then you will be better than anyone else around and you can do what you want.
