Get ur teeth checked by a dentist and also get ur blood checked
use sensitive tooth paste and brush every day with a soft brush around the gums.
Sounds like periodontal disease.
You need to get to a dentist before you lose your teeth..
If your gums are bleeding, you may not know this, but most likely you have really bad breath too.
You friends probably don't want to embarrass you but I bet your mouth smells like roadkill on hot pavement.
See a dentist. I think they can make a better recommendation.
Bleeding gums are a sign of gingivitis. You can start by ensuring you're not brushing your teeth too hard (assuming you're brushing regularly--if not, then you need to brush).
Next, you need to ensure you're flossing regularly. If you get too much gunk between your teeth and gums, it will cause bleeding and also the sensitivity I believe.
Lastly, if you haven't been to a dentist in a while, you should probably go see one to get a good cleaning, education, and perhaps sealants--not too mention filling any cavities that might have been created along the way.
firstly u must go to a dentist and second is do yoga, strange na but yes it really helps, check out swami ramdevji's yoga video u will find an aasan
I guess you need URGENT to see your dentist ASAP before to request unauthorised opinions. Like the people who have answered, I could suggest a soft toothpaste, but like I said GO AND SEE YOUR DENTIST!
don't know about the bleeding gums but if you are currently using a toothpaste with whitener you can start by stop using it. I found out at my last trip to the dentist that it will make your teeth sensitive.
use sensodyne toothpaste...
