help with braces?
i have had braces for a while but now they are folding my teeth in and i can barely talk, never mind chew. any good suggestions for food?

I think maybe you should go see your orthodontist. I've never heard of that happening before. For food you could have yogurt, pudding, jello, rice, Carnation Instant Breakfast.that's all i can think of now.
