I just saw a few videos on youtube about metabolic typing from a lady that used Dr. Mercola's program to cure herself of varies health problems she had had in the past. The lady's name is Luci Lock. Is anyone familiar with these videos and Dr. Mercola's Total Health Program? I'm really interested in trying the program, but I don't know where to start? I definitely can't afford to do the program, which according to the Mercola website, costs an average of $3,000 and can be done at the wellness center which is based in Illinois. He has a book called Dr. Mercola's Total Health Program : 150 Delicious Grain-Free Recipes & Proven Metabolic Type Plan To Prevent Disease, Optimize Weight and Live Longer. Am I able to figure out my metabolic type by reading this book? Anyone who has tried this and knows what I'm talking about, please let me know how to figure out my metabolic type.

For what it's worth, I preferred the Abravanel book over the Wolcott book. I instantly knew I was 'adrenal' reading Abravanel, but Wolcott wasn't clear.
I wanted a diet that eliminated cravings and that's what Abravanel does. I can exercise and I can eat less, but when those damn cravings hit, it all goes down the tube. It's not easy to eat the 'adrenal' foods, because I'm a salt/fat addict, but if you stick with it, it works.
