15 and bow legged?

i'm fifteen years old, and i have bow legs. i'm very self-conscious about it, and i'm wondering if there's ANYTHING i can do to correct it.

surgically, is fine, but is there anything that doesn't involve going under the knife?

Answers:
swimming and yoga might help you, you can also visit a therapist to see if he can help you. One of my children had bow legs, and i corrected it through massage and therapy, but he was 5 at the time, so maybe a physical therapist can help you.
Sorry hon, bowed legs are a bone issue. You can learn to walk so it's less noticeable but it can cause hip and back pain so it's not much help.
Go to a chiropracter! But make shure they do the "Palmer method" its a method when they only adjust the neck, and the theory is that if the neck is aligned the rest of the back will align itself. Look it up. go to google or something and type "Palmer method chiropractic" and read up. It truly works, even on your hips and legs. Someone I know, her leg is like turned so her foot is like sideways a little. The chiropracter honestly heplet it.

Good Luck, hope you find something that works for you.
