Is Caffine(anhydrous) as the same as caffine from coffee?

i'm taking a energy supplement and was wondering if it would be better than just coffee, I can't handle more that a half of a cup.

No Caffine is Ephedrine as well with a little caffine! I've never heard of anyone not being able to drink coffee before! If you can't handle
coffee then try cocoa.. if you can't handle that
either then you best go see a doctor and find out why!
