i had a really bad headache once, and i had to do my art work, so i started painting and after a bit, my headache seemed to go away. painting relaxes me a lot.
If it is due to sinus you need to take medication. If it is due to fatigue just splash some cold water on your face and take a nap.
if it's been a few days and because you're upset it's most likely a tension headache. you need a muscle relaxer.try alcohol...it might help...drink till you feel a head change then switch to just drinking water. that way you keep yourself hydrated.

There is a product called head on it helps use it with ketoprofen or Excedrin.Sometimes 1 Excedrin works better then 2. Play with it.Take 1 then if that dont work 30 minantes later 1 more.Ketoprofen works really good on headaches.Dont mix the 2.

for a complete guide on headaches, causes and symptoms. I have mentioned a few methods of tackling it.
There is some kind of mint oil that comes in a small roll on container. You just roll it onto your temples and rub it in... making sure not to get it into your eyes. It really does work.
I consistently use these 2 things:
1. I have had great success with peppermint oil. I use a high quality one that I know is ok to apply on the skin. People with sensitive skin should try diluting it in olive oil or another similar oil first before using it straight.
I usually apply it to where ever the pain is on my head and like someone else mentioned keep it out of you eyes and wash your hands well so that you don't put it in your eye accidentally.
2. Reiki. Reiki has no side effects, can only help and also provides me with a chance to truly relax.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at
