Answers:
you have to take precautions such as have plenty of fluids and check you re blood pressure during and after heavy sweating can cause you re blood pressure to fall to low but with the proper precautions I don't see why not Gatorade is good for this type of activity and not having caffeine drinks days before the ritual taking breaks from it don't expose you re self for to long at the first sing of dizziness or any other discomfort stop .Use common sense and be careful

sure. just don't get yourself tired
i am a nurse. no you can not attend. heat has a lot to do with your blood pressure. the medication that you are taking, may be affected by the heat. as your body tempature rises, so does your blood pressure.
I would definitely check with your doctor first. I think it would not be safe and could kill you. Ask your dr and also ask the people who run the sweatlodge. No point getting cleansed if you end up dead.
I would say definitely not. When you enter a hot tub, it will always have a warning sign about high blood pressure. I think unless you checked with your Dr., I would not do it. It could cause you to have a stroke. You can not ever allow yourself to get overheated.
