Your solution doesn't lie in medicine. Fiber, balanced meals, and exercise will help you more. Unfortunately by the time you require angioplasty, you have little time left to regain good health. This will require a dedicated effort on your part. Take responsibility for your health and start applying solutions that will relieve the causes of the plugged up system. The healing process will strain your body so be aware of changes and learn to relax. Your either eating the wrong foods, too much food or your worrying too much. Each of these things will plug up your blood vessels. Time for some changes.
The BIG question is: ARE YOU EXPERIENCING PAIN from your 'blockage'? If your doctor found two blockages during the first angioplasty, why didn't he clear the second blockage at the same time? I've had two 'major heart attacks' that were both 'cured' by angioplasty with stents ... the second stent overlaps the first one, because it was 'too small' and not 'drug eluting' ... the first cardiologist was basically 'a quack' but the second was REALLY GOOD and I now have only 'transient angina' about twice a year, and NO 'paralysation' in my heart. GO SEE ANOTHER CARDIOLOGIST and ask for a 'consult' ... if you 'choose wisely' and get a good 'second opinion' you'll find out if you 'really need' that second angioplasty, or if you can 'make do with prescription meds' and be fine.
