No, the only treatment for celiac disease is to follow a gluten free diet. My mother suffers from this, and she has found that several stores that sell organic things also sell gluten-free things. She recommends looking specifically for rice pasta, and rice bread.
stay away from gluten.. not easy but you can do it. read labels.. do a search on google you can get many free recipes there is a web site for new medical treatment and much more..

So far, there are no cures or treatments other than following a gluten-free diet without cheating.
