my dad keeps snoring. it's very annoying?

plz help me! i went to a hotel with my parents and i could hardly sleep with his snoring. they want to take me to the hotel again, and it will be torture without a solution. what medicine should i recommend him

Oh wow! My Dad snores like a loud bear! I would tell your Dad and ask him if he has a quiet side he can lay on because you can't sleep. I do not know about the medicine, maybe a breathe right nose strip, have him ask the pharmacist at a Rite Aid type drug store, they know everything. I know your Dad would want his baby girl to sleep. Drinking alcohol makes snoring louder. Maybe his pillow should be higher. You can get some noise canceling head phones and listen to music you like. Worse case get some of those ear plugs they are usually a yellow foam that expands a little in your ear, however you will need to have someone wake you up because you may not hear the alarm.

Ask your mom to sew a tennis ball into the back of your Dad's pj's. If he doesn't sleep on his back, you'll have a better chance of a good night's sleep. Drugs won't work so forget that idea.

well u can buy thiese nose things that he can put over his nose but they hardly ever work..
when my dad used to snor i would just hit him lighty on his leg and it would stop for 5 mins, you have to keep doing it every1 cople of mins but it does work!
Go to the store and get some sylicone ear plugs. They block out a lot of the noise. That works for most people, but if your dad is a real buzz saw, you might also take a small fan with you. Plug it in by your bed and just tell your folks you were too warm last time. Between the two, I don't think you'll have any problems.
Ok..snoring is natural so the only thing u can do when u hear him snore , go and shove his back and the snoring will stop.
or wiggle his arm while he is snoring when he turns over , the snoring will stop...works every time.
