i want to start an all natrual life style, id like to lose weight but be an all around better person. Where are there some sites on all natrual foods, and things to help your chakras and other supernatrual aides?

why would a person just getting into natural health start with something so esoteric as supernatural and such?
I personally can't think of a good website on how to do it. But there are books out there and magazines. An easy start would be http://www.newmansownorganics.com/ They are usually an easy brand to find if you're looking for food. Nell Newman wrote a book in 2002 that I bought a while back, it has lots of ideas.
go to any co-op or health food store, not GNC, and look around. Even a Whole Foods couldbe helpful.
I can't say you'll lose weight but you'll definitly see changes in the way you feel and the way things taste.
