Is there such a thing as "jewelry gard"?
Something to put on jewelry when causes allergic reaction?
Answers:
You can try clear nail polish, but it will wear off in time. The best solution is not to wear the metal (usually nickel) that you're allergic to. "Silvertone" or "silver color" usually means nickel.
Surgical steel, sterling silver (look for the tiny 925 stamp), or good old non-reactive gold are less-allergic choices. Be careful with silver or gold plated pieces, the plating will wear off, and you can't be sure what's underneath.
I don't think so, you need a new metal you aren't allergic to.
I've heard of people using clear nail polish on rings.
