WHy did my friend Billie Ruth Crave root beerafter she was bitten by a black widow spider?
My friend darn near died from a black widow spider bite 5 years ago. The reason for this was because she had a severe allergic reaction to the venom. After the poison had gone through every thing from her respiratory to nervous systems and a stay in the hospital with intravenous medications she was allowed to come home. She was bedridden for 2 weeks and her arm had swollen up to 5 times it's normal size. she was on anti-biotics and pain meds but the one thing she could not seem to stay away from was root beer. All she wanted to drink was root beer.
I was wondering if anyone has an idea as to why she craved this so badly.

because she was losing her mind, and that was all she could think of
thats intresting maybe part of her brain swelled and wsa pressing on a nerve that responds to root beer.
now i want root beer
