Any body know remedy blocked tear duct?

I've had watery eyes my whole life and it gets wuite annoying. My doctor told me I have a blocked tear duct. How do I clear it without surgery? Thanks

use warm compress on your eye and push gently towards your duct. this may help to clear it out.. if not. the wire will help
