The alcohol in it is addictive. Everytime I take it I never want to stop. It gives me the best rest and best sleep ever. But it is not good to take long term. Use it for no more than a week.
And dont drink the stuff either.
Like all medication read the directions.
It isn't addictive per se, but your body may get used to the fatigue from it, and you may have trouble falling asleep on your own when you discontinue use.
I don't know about addictive but my husband did some shift work when he was in college and he would take it all the time to sleep... It got to be an everyday thing until I started throwing it out and he then got a new job...

well people who are alcoholics can become addicted to it because there is alcohol in it..but anyone can get addicted to anything if taken long enough...depends if you have an addictive personality.
