Flaxseed oil and irregular heartbeat?
Answers:
Wow, I never heard about that. Do you recall where you read it? Do you take magnesium and calcium? Taking these can help with irregular beats. 1000mg calcium/500mg magnesium usually easy to find in a supplement you take 3x daily. Alot of people say taking them separately helps too and taking the magnesium on an empty stomach. Try googling magnesium for heart and see what the research says! It's very interesting. Also make sure you're getting enough potassium and H2o!! =)
Well, I've had skipped beats since my teens due to my anxiety/panic disorder. I have been taking the fish oils for many years because of the research I did that claims it is good for yu to get lots of fish oil. My cardio said my pvc's are normal tho and everyone has them. I have maybe one a day if that and haven't noticed the fish oil made it worse. It wouldn't hurt to switch to the flax oil, I do it sometimes if they are out of my omega brand I normally buy. Give it a try and see if it helps. Have you ever read about the herb motherwort? My NaNa has runs of svt and since she started the motherwort she is doing much better - she also does the magnesium and calcium.
