What is a good natural remedy for shoulder joint pain? I don't know if it's bursitus or arthritus.?

It is very painful.I'd rate it almost with labor pains.just a dull ache..any sudden movement or lifting my arm really hurts. Any suggestions?

Answers:
Rub some castor oil on and let it dry before covering it with clothing . It's about $2 a bottle . Repeat 3 times per day if needed . I've never had to use it more than twice .

A heating pad that gives you moist heat , tylenol or also they have deep heat ointment to rub on.
warm bath or showers and
ibproffin
ibproffin is an antinflamitory which reduces swelling in the joint and helps with the pain
I know it ian't natural but it will help the pain

I am not big on pills so I take just one and it is enough
yes, go to the doctor and let him/her check it out and ask for physiotherapy. If it wasn't for a good physiotherapist, I would have absolutely no use of my right arm after I dislocated my shoulder

try to meet adoctor. drink 1.5 litres of water daily morning as soon you wake up .you may find it difficult in the beginning but after some days you will get used to this . you can try the same procedure before 1 hr of lunch and dinner . this will defenitely give you a complete relief within 3 months.
Aromatherapy can be quite helpful in relieving shoulder pain. Try using a few drops of peppermint essential oil directly over the area that hurts. The oil penetrates to increase circulation and promote healing (warming effect), as well as reduces pain (cooling effect).

I would also try acupuncture, herbal therapies and homeopathy. Acupuncture and homeopathy can provide faster relief (and promote healing) than herbals. If you'd like me to recommend specific herbals, please email me. The best on-line homeopathic advice can be obtained from Soul Doctor on Answers (for free), or you can check www.homeopathy.org for one near you.
go to Swansonvitamins.com and look for Joiont Health Products- if that doesn't pull up a pageful, try glucosamine. They are very helpful in suggesting similar remedies. Also try vitasearch.com and ask about your specific problem. You might want to try ultra cox-2 combo (www.nexrutine.com)
Please take three teaspoons of olive oil. Heat it to the lukewarm stage and add a pinch of camphor. Massage this mixture to your shoulder. This will relieve your pain.
