Dear Bellaj, I am so sorry to hear about your problems but to be honest, it seems you are suffering from Fibromyalgia. Please try and refrain from drugs, as they only make it worse. I started out with mild pain meds and now am on the strongest pain meds there are (opiates,etc. don't even cut it with me no longer); however, I have been diagnosed with a severe case of Fibromyalgia and MS, so it might just be a tad different from what you are experiencing.
As someone has already suggested, you might want to consult a chiropractor. Getting adjusted may help aleviate your chronic back pain and HA. And yes, you must absolutely take some "mommy time". If you have family, ask them for help. Oh, and good job on quitting the smokes. Unfortunately, I smoked very little before and now have started to smoke daily. Very bad! Don't fall back on that. It only makes it worse, I know! Have you tried light exercise? That was a dumb question, I know. You have two little ones and must be up on your feet all the time. But I am talking about other forms of exercise, like floor exercises, where coupled with breathing exercise, you might be able to tackle some of the back/neck and HA pain. The worst thing you can do is to just "pop a pill" and hope it'll take care of it. It won't, it'll only make you want more and more. Your body will, unfortunately, become immune to them, thus you'll fall into a hellish cycle. Try and see a good Neurologist. A family physician, though you may trust him, isn't specialized in your type of symptoms. At night, after the little ones are down, try to take a nice relaxing warm bath with herbal additives. Chamomille and lavender come to mind. Top it off with a "sleepy time tea" that you want to drink as hot as possible in little sips. If I can be of further help, please don't hesitate to contact me. Have you checked possible allergies? I have a friend who used to get extremely bad migranes and didn't know why until she found out that she was allergic to chocolate - the headaches were the only symptom and she had been eating it for years.

From personal experience, I'd say a visit to the chiropractor seems to be in order. A good adjustment will alleviate the headaches and back pain within a couple of hours.
The low energy/aches/fatigue could be chronic fatigue which antidepressants will only make worse.
I'm not a big fan of Dr's prescribing meds for all sorts of 'Syndromes". The drug companies are just getting richer and the majority of humans are getting sicker.
It may seem a trite thing to say, but have you been spending any time on 'you'? When a parent of young ones doesn't feel up to par, it generally boils down to not getting 'you' time. I know people will castigate me for being so simplistic, but like I said, its personal experience.

Not drinking enough water a day can cause most of the problems. Drink at least 5 glasses a day..
that should be the bare minimum. U can drink fruit juice instead but then increase the liquid comsumption to 6-8 glasses aday!
some natural health food stores offer free consultations with certified nutritionists ... see if you can find one of these ... I take a lot of supplements for a variety of reasons and they're very helpful ... you just have to do your research and buy a good quality brand ... good luck!

Try getting a massage regularly. Stress builds up in your back and can strain you and give you a head ache. Also hydration is important. Drink water!!
I can say based on your description that drugs are making things worse for you. Drugs can actually add more toxins to your body. Over time, your resistence to them fall. And you need a higher and higher dosage for the same level of pain.
To eliminate toxins, you can detoxify. Detoxification deals with the root of the problem unlike drugs which are mainly symptomatic treatments. In one go, with detoxification, you can get to address several of your symptoms at the same time.
As soon as you start to remove these toxins, you will begin to feel "lighter". This means less fatigue and more energy.
I've experienced all the above myself, having been in the same shoes as you. My health is definitely better now. I don't run to pop any drug relief at the slightest sign of pain. Then again, I'm also less in pain.

Tight muscles in your neck and back can cause headaches. I know, sounds like your have the same problem as me! I go to a chiropractor / acupunturist. I also go get regular massage.
