I know it probably has to do with the people at the school. Give him a note to the teachers and see if they let him use the nurses bathroom or teachers bathroom somthing a little more private.
well its something hes shy of but you can give him a note saying if he can use the bathroom un between classes
Recite the multiplication table to himself. 1x1=1 1x2=2 etc. etc.
He should just relax and use a stall.
