Does anyone here recommend accupuncture as a remedy?

I had acupuncture for my hip. That was over 5 years ago. I wasn't able to work, it hurt to sleep and it put me in a serious state of depression. I had the treatment for approx. a month.. 2 times a week. I am pain free!!
I think acupuncture is the best treatment out there! Go try it!

Accupuncture is a respected treatment, it has worked for thousands of years in Asia. When I had back problems, I sought a accupuncturist, and it worked really good. I'd recommend it to anyone with chronic pain.
dunno -- my son-in-law recently had some horrific headaches
that he couldn't get any medical help for. He tried accupuncture
and said he got quite a little relief -- who knows ?

no i would not expect acupuncture to work so well on bone/muscle problems - how about bowen therapy? or chiropractics?
